Keji Xu

📍 New York City

Hi, I’m Keji. I co-founded Fursure, a financial platform for pet parents, where I led product and engineering through to our acquisition by Physicians Mutual. Before that I worked with startups as a solutions architect at AWS, with a focus on machine learning. Princeton ’15, Forbes 30 Under 30.

Right now I’m between things, on purpose: spending time with people building cool stuff. If you’re working on something interesting and want another brain on it, or just want to chat, reach out.

Outside of work

I’m learning to surf, and spent part of this year chasing waves in El Salvador and Nicaragua. I play competitive chess (2000+ on Chess.com, bullet’s my strongest), play piano, and rarely say no to a great live show. I also take tea seriously. Tea houses are one of my favorite ways to explore a new city.

I meditate, snowboard in winter, and play tennis and pickup basketball the rest of the year, with regular F45 and Solidcore in between (yes, both hurt). I’m also a die-hard Boston sports fan (Sox, Pats, Celtics), which takes courage to admit while living in New York.

If any of that resonates, or you just want to talk shop, say hi.
